I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE

If you care deeply about the children in your life and in your classroom but sometimes you feel

  • overwhelmed by all the things you are supposed to do
  • confused about how to prioritize in a world where everything feels urgent and important
  • disconnected from yourself because you are busy doing for others
  • exhausted from trying to do it all
  • worried that you aren't doing enough

You are in the right place. You are not alone. And we can change this. I promise.

Hi! I'm Jennifer.

With a focus on brain based strategies, practical resources, and simple shortcuts that allow you more time to focus on connection and joy, I want to help create a community that helps parents and teachers reconnect with their integrity and power , prioritize what matters, and build meaninful connections.

Childhoods matter -- and so do you.

Over the course of my career, I have worked as an educator in struggling schools and stellar ones, I've developed and advocated for policies to protect kids and prioritize families, I've trained non-profits and early education teachers in mental health, family support and prevention strategies, and I've worked as a researcher on child abuse prevention and the impact of early childhood experiences both good and bad. I'm also the mom to two teenagers with more self-help books and therapy hours under my belt than most!

Through it all, I've learned effective strategies for cutting through the noise to get to the point and make changes that make a difference, fast. But, this isn't a list or one size fits all. It's a journey for you. A journey back to the best parts of you - back to passion and purpose - a journey that will help you identify your superpowers and how best to make the difference I know you want to make.

You deserve a whole hearted life that works for you and for the kiddos in your life. We can build that. Join me to learn how.

There are Brighter Days Ahead.
