2. Recalibrate your Compass: Define the values, beliefs, and desires that can serve as a firm foundation for deciding what is a "Hell, yes!" and what is a "NO" as you move forward.
3. Rewire Your Relationship with Stress: Get real about your triggers and stressors while learning how to complete the stress cycle, appreciate the upsides to stress, and balance that stress with a stress busting ecosystem.
4. Redefine Your Boundaries: You can do anything but not everything, so after getting clear about where you stand and where you want to go, learn how to set boundaries to protect your time and energy for what counts.
5. Do Something Different: Finish the course by creating a practical action plan with support and accountability built in so you can show up in your life and lead with your unique passion and purpose.
Each module is delivered digitally and can be completed on your own time. Lessons include a 10 - 20 minute video and a PDF workbook with practical tools and worksheets to walk you through the steps.
