1. Start Where You Are: identify your core strengths and struggles so you can decide how to leverage one to work on the other AND understand more completely how you are doing because the truth is usually kinder than the stories we tell about it.
2. Recalibrate your Compass: Define the values, beliefs, and desires that can serve as a firm foundation for deciding what is a "Hell, yes!" and what is a "NO" as you move forward.
3. Rewire Your Relationship with Stress: Get real about your triggers and stressors while learning how to complete the stress cycle, appreciate the upsides to stress, and balance that stress with a stress busting ecosystem.
4. Redefine Your Boundaries: You can do anything but not everything, so after getting clear about where you stand and where you want to go, learn how to set boundaries to protect your time and energy for what counts.
5. Do Something Different: Finish the course by creating a practical action plan with support and accountability built in so you can show up in your life and lead with your unique passion and purpose.
